Job Description
About Our Client
This role is with a respected organisation in the healthcare industry, known for its commitment to innovation and delivering high-quality services. As a large-sized organisation, it fosters a collaborative and forward-thinking environment dedicated to improving outcomes through technology.
Job Description
Support the planning and execution of HR and payroll data migration into a single SAP SuccessFactors (EC & ECP) environment following the Bayside Health merger. Analyse, map and migrate data from multiple source systems, including:
- Legacy SuccessFactors environments
- On-premise payroll systems
- Excel-based datasets and other legacy platforms
Ensure data is not only technically correct but contextually accurate, with a strong understanding of payroll and HR data meaning. Perform and support data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) activities in collaboration with implementation partners. Design and execute data validation and reconciliation processes, working closely with Payroll Business Analysts to support payroll validation. Configure and support integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems using out-of-the-box SuccessFactors tools, including:
- Integration Center
- CPI
- API-based integrations
Support integrations with government, finance and third-party systems (e.g. ATO, Single Touch Payroll, Superannuation, data warehouses, car parking, fit-to-work providers). Actively troubleshoot and resolve data migration and integration issues as they arise. Track and report on migration progress, risks and issues, escalating where required. Work closely with vendors, implementation partners (including Deloitte), and internal HR, Payroll, Finance and project stakeholders. Prepare and maintain clear documentation relating to data mappings, migration activities and integration outcomes. Be hands-on in delivery, owning data outcomes rather than working in a purely advisory capacity.

A Successful Data Business Analyst Should Have:
- Proven experience as a Data Business Analyst or Data Migration Analyst on large, complex system implementations.
- Demonstrated experience migrating data into SuccessFactors (EC and/or ECP).
- Strong understanding of payroll and HR data, including how data values are used downstream.
- Practical experience with data mapping, data modelling, and reconciliation, with high attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience performing ETL activities using enterprise-grade tools or frameworks.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors integration tooling (Integration Center, CPI, APIs) and a preference for out-of-the-box solutions.
- Able to work confidently across multiple legacy systems and complex data landscapes.
- Willing to be onsite in Moorabbin at least 3 days per week.
- Experience in healthcare, public sector or large-scale transformation programs is desirable but not essential.
What's on Offer
- Hands-on involvement in a state-wide SuccessFactors EC & ECP implementation with real business impact.
- Collaborative environment working alongside experienced payroll, data and integration specialists.
- Exposure to complex, multi-source data migration at enterprise scale.
- Initial 15-18 month contract, aligned to a long-term transformation roadmap.
- Hybrid working model with a strong onsite team culture.
