Support and advise customers in the automotive environment.

  • Processing of inquiries, orders, and complaints

The Successful Applicant

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the industrial or automotive sector
  • Experience in customer service or internal sales

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ideally very good Excel skills
  • Good German and English language skills
