We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for site development projects. This role is responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and safety while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description
- Oversee all field operations for sitework construction projects
- Manage grading, excavation, utilities, and paving activities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, equipment, and labor crews
- Maintain and drive project schedule and productivity targets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and shop drawings
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues and conflicts
- Track daily progress and maintain accurate jobsite reporting
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in site development / civil construction
- Strong knowledge of earthwork, utilities, stormwater, and paving operations
- Ability to read civil drawings and manage complex site logistics
- Proven leadership experience managing field teams and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
