Job Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects including planning, budgeting, execution, and closeout
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients across multiple job sites
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery
- Monitor project budgets, track costs, and manage financial reporting
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, specifications, and client expectations
- Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders nationwide
- Review and approve subcontractor scopes, bids, and change orders
