As an Analyst Corporate Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting growth, strategy, and impactful outcomes. You will be dedicated to driving results in a dynamic environment by performing the following key responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to support corporate development activities.
- Assist in evaluating potential investment and acquisition opportunities.
- Perform due diligence and prepare detailed reports for management review.

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background and relevant experience:
- A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Graduate/MBA/CA degree).
- 1-2 years of experience in handling Investment, Equity research, and M&A analysis is required.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
- Experience in the Technology & Private Equity or Investment Banking is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines effectively.
