- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire high-performing technology teams.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing end-to-end automation strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and managing diverse stakeholders.
- Profound industry awareness of relevant AI technology vendors and service providers.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
