Summary
The Miami Dolphins & Hard Rock Stadium Associate Leadership Rotational Program offers a competitive early-career opportunity. This program provides high-performing talent with unique exposure to cross-functional sports and entertainment departments through 3-4 rotations over approximately 12 months. Rotations can take place across business verticals including Miami Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Open, and/or Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, tailored to both organizational need and your personal skillset.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with strong academic performance is required. Applicants should have graduated from their undergraduate or graduate program within 12 months prior to July 2026.
