About the Role

The Cloud Developer Senior Consultant Manager at MHP – A Porsche Company is responsible for writing and maintaining code in multiple programming languages to build robust cloud-native applications. The role involves designing and configuring cloud services, developing complex microservices architectures, and leading cloud migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and maintain code in Java and JavaScript.
  • Design and configure compute, storage, networking and database services.
  • Develop and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures.
  • Lead and support cloud migration and optimization projects.
  • Manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automation and IaC tools.
  • Implement security measures and ensure compliance policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Document and refine cloud development best practices.
  • Present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in AWS and programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and best practices.
  • Advantageous: AWS Professional certifications; optional Azure experience.

Employment & Other Details

  • Start: By arrangement (1st and 15th of the month).
  • Working Hours: Full-time (40h) with 27 vacation days.
  • Employment Contract: Unlimited.
  • Line of Work: Consulting.
  • Language: Advanced English required.
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel; valid work permit necessary.
