Role Overview: Talent Solution Specialist - IT Recruiting

This full-time role is remotely based in the United States, preferably in Illinois. You will work to identify and secure IT talent for our SLED clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in sales and client development within the SLED sector.
  • Identify qualified IT applicants and fill client orders.
  • Build and maintain strong client and talent relationships.
  • Attend industry events to promote staffing solutions.
  • Manage contracts and support RFP development.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Management, or related field.
  • Over 5 years experience in IT staffing and full lifecycle IT recruitment.
  • Experience with SLED, ATS, HRIS, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Keen attention to detail with exceptional communication skills.
