What You’ll Do
Write and adapt standards-aligned English Language Arts curriculum for grades K-5. You’ll create engaging lesson plans, assessments, and student materials that foster language and literacy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and adapt ELA curriculum and instructional materials (units, lesson plans, assessments, student materials)
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, editors, and instructional designers
- Incorporate evidence-based best practices in ELA instruction
- Revise materials based on client feedback
- Support development of professional learning materials for teachers
- Apply knowledge of current trends in ELA education
- Integrate innovative strategies and tools to enhance learner engagement
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in English, education, or related field
- Familiarity with AI tools and comfort learning new software platforms
- Strong familiarity with the US K-12 education system preferred
- Excellent writing skills required, educational writing experience preferred
