Job Overview
The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is looking for a DevOps and Developer Experience Lead to join our Denver/hybrid team.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for DevEx, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop the technical roadmap.
- Own tooling, pipelines, and practices for software development lifecycle.
- Monitor task progress and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Foster teamwork through agile principles and mentoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on DevOps experience.
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevEx/DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Technical proficiency in cloud platforms and containerized environments.
