Job Overview

The Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) is looking for a DevOps and Developer Experience Lead to join our Denver/hybrid team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for DevEx, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
  • Collaborate with engineering leadership to develop the technical roadmap.
  • Own tooling, pipelines, and practices for software development lifecycle.
  • Monitor task progress and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
  • Foster teamwork through agile principles and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Five or more years of hands-on DevOps experience.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevEx/DevOps practices.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Technical proficiency in cloud platforms and containerized environments.
