MGMA-ACMPE is seeking a DevOps and Developer Experience Lead to drive technical leadership in Developer Enablement, DevOps, and DevSecOps. Join a hybrid team based in Denver and help innovate healthcare practice management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in DevEx, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
- Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical roadmaps.
- Delegate, monitor, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
- Maintain hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and system design.
Requirements
- Advanced agile software development practices.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong communication and leadership without direct management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of relevant hands-on experience.
