MGMA-ACMPE is seeking a DevOps and Developer Experience Lead to drive technical leadership in Developer Enablement, DevOps, and DevSecOps. Join a hybrid team based in Denver and help innovate healthcare practice management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership in DevEx, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
  • Develop and evolve CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align technical roadmaps.
  • Delegate, monitor, and ensure high-quality technical delivery.
  • Maintain hands-on coding, troubleshooting, and system design.

Requirements

  • Advanced agile software development practices.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong communication and leadership without direct management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Five or more years of relevant hands-on experience.
