Overview

As the DevOps and Developer Experience Lead, you will be the technical leader for Developer Enablement, driving initiatives in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, alerting, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance in DevEx, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
- Collaborate with engineering leadership to co-develop technical roadmaps.
- Own and evolve tools, pipelines, and practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Delegate and monitor engineering work in an agile environment.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable solution delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership without formal authority.
- Hands-on involvement with coding, troubleshooting, and system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent experience considered.
- Minimum 5 years of DevOps/DevEx experience, with previous technical leadership roles.
