The Job
As the Senior Manager, Food & Beverage Development Strategy, you will play a critical leadership role in bringing new food & beverage concepts to life across our portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage Development Strategy, you will help drive the full lifecycle of venue openings — from pre-opening planning and critical path execution to launch activation and post-opening optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, highly visible environments and enjoys building structure, driving accountability, and partnering across disciplines to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
The Day-to-day
- Lead and manage critical paths for new venue openings, rebrands, resort integrations, and new property developments
- Develop and maintain F&B Opening Playbooks, toolkits, OS&E punch lists, Task Force materials, and guest feedback frameworks
- Track and communicate milestones, deliverables, and project needs across cross-functional partners
- Support pre-opening planning, training materials, venue testing, and operational readiness
- Coordinate selection and inspiration packages for OS&E, tabletop, uniforms, and collateral
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement brand standards, service expectations, and marketing alignment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform concept development and continuous improvement
- Facilitate post-opening reviews and milestone lookbacks to drive best practices for future openings
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field
- 2+ years of leadership experience managing or supervising employees within hospitality or Food & Beverage operations
- Experience supporting or leading restaurant/bar/lounge openings in a resort or large-scale hospitality setting
- Strong understanding of beverage and restaurant concept development, service standards, and operational controls
- Proven ability to manage projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational discipline
- Experience working in union environments (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
