Overview

Join the Luxor Las Vegas team as a Gaming Surveillance Operator at MGM Resorts International. Ensure a fair, safe, and secure environment by monitoring casino activities and upholding company policies.

The Job

Operate CCTV technology and a digital Video Management System (VMS) to review casino activities, download still images, archive audio/video evidence, and monitor system malfunctions. Proactively monitor various casino areas including Table Games, Casino Cage, Count Room, Slots, Electronic Table Games, Hybrid Table Games, Poker, and Race & Sports Book. Complete written incident reports related to guest complaints, lost/missing property, procedure errors, risk management issues, player evaluations, theft, and variances.

Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

  • Monitor and review casino activities using CCTV and VMS.
  • Identify trends, suspicious behavior, and potential fraud.
  • Maintain compliance with gaming regulations and procedures.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary.
  • Participate in training and professional development programs.

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum 6 months of gaming or surveillance experience, a high school diploma or GED, and must be 21 years of age or older.
