Job Overview
The Site Operations Coordinator reports to the Site Administrator and provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery. This role partners with the Corporate Administrative Manager to support office marketing, events, supplies, and overall organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with visitors, clients, and candidates.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintain filing systems and handle correspondences.
- Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
- Maintain and monitor office supply inventory and equipment usage.
- Coordinate with building management regarding repairs and concerns.
- Uphold the company mission, ethics, and values.
- Present a positive and professional image within the company and community.
- Adhere to dress code and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Education required; Associate Degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (additional languages a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical environment is preferred.
Additional Information
This is a Full-Time role with base pay starting at $20-22/hr. Benefits include 401k, medical, dental, vision, life, paid time off, and more. All information is kept confidential in accordance with EEO guidelines.
