Join our team as an Account Manager, reporting to the Technical Sales Manager. Drive sales growth of Mettler-Toledo AutoChem solutions for opportunistic accounts by leveraging strong value selling, product knowledge, and account management skills. Additional responsibilities will include:- Meeting or exceeding sales targets in your territory.
- Building trust and long-term relationships with customers.
- Developing and executing strategies to grow account revenue.
- Leading activities such as lead generation, demos, seminars, and customer support.
- Maintaining SAP CRM data and providing regular sales forecasts.
- Conducting virtual sales presentations and training.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills.
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years industry and/or technical experience.
- Strong consultative/value selling skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with virtual selling tools.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical/process markets and lab support experience is a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
