Overview

As Sr. UX Designer I at MetroStar, you’ll apply user-centered design principles to improve workflows, expand functionality, and enhance the visual appeal of websites and mobile apps. You will work closely with clients, users, and team members to deliver exceptional digital products.

Responsibilities

• Design digital experiences that address agency missions.
• Own interface and interaction design through user research and wireframing.
• Integrate web, mobile, data, and emerging platforms into interconnected ecosystems.
• Participate in the Agile process and solution grooming.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance or higher.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or similar field.
• 5-7 years experience in user interface design patterns and UCD methodologies.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, user personas, and workflow documentation.
• Proficiency in design software, wireframing, mockups, and prototypes.
• Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and agile development practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $108,000 - $140,000, with additional performance-based bonuses, company-paid training, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, parental leave, and flexible work arrangements.
