Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader experienced in managing operations in multi-location environments. You will supervise teams, ensure customer service excellence, and maintain financial and safety standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise hourly employees and team performance.
- Schedule shifts, verify time tracking, and maintain accuracy.
- Interview, hire, and train team members.
- Create and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Control spending, maintain safety and maintenance standards.
- Engage with clients and handle customer inquiries.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement company initiatives.
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent communication skills, strong time management, and ability to work in a diverse, 24/7 on-site environment are necessary. Some college, business experience, scheduling and payroll knowledge are a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated base salary is between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, along with benefits including healthcare, a 401(k) plan, stock options, bonus plans, and more.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site presence, with employees expected to work at least four days a week. Metropolis fosters an inclusive culture where every voice matters.
