Job Description

Digital Campaign Operations Specialist

At METRIC, we’re looking for a Digital Campaign Operations Specialist with a genuine passion for digital media and a curious mind for data and AI. We’re a full-service digital agency and part of OM Group — the biggest communication group in Bulgaria. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to set up, run, optimize, and report on digital campaigns across channels, with the support of our AI-powered planning and optimization tools.

What you'll do

  • Own hands-on campaign management end-to-end: setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, pacing, troubleshooting, and reporting
  • Execute campaigns across key platforms, including: Programmatic (major DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), Google Ads and SA360, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Coordinate assets, specs, and tracking requirements with account managers to bring campaigns to life
  • Support measurement and attribution setups (tracking checks, tagging requirements, naming conventions, UTMs)
  • Build clear reporting and share actionable insights internally
  • Stay curious about ad tech, measurement, and AI trends, and bring practical improvements back to the team

We are looking for someone who

  • Has 2+ years of hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, with strong experience in programmatic
  • Has worked with a major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, MediaMath (legacy), or similar)
  • Has practical working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads (hands-on experience is a strong advantage)
  • Has experience with an ad-serving / tracking / attribution platform (strong plus: CM360/Floodlight)
  • Is comfortable with data, reports, and KPIs, and can spot issues before they become problems
  • Holds strong communication skills in English and Bulgarian
  • Has good organizational skills and is comfortable with managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Is confident with Excel and quick to pick up new tools
  • Is a team player, who enjoys collaboration, proactive and detail-oriented

  • Enhanced conversions / offline conversions
  • Experience with dashboards/reporting (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
  • BigQuery familiarity or strong Excel modeling skills
