What you’ll do…
- Lead Commissioning Programs: Oversee and standardize commissioning processes across multiple data center projects.
- Coordinate Teams & Schedules: Integrate Cx activities with design, construction, and operations to meet key milestones.
- Manage Vendors & Consultants: Direct third-party Cx agents to ensure compliance with Owner’s Project Requirements and standards.
- Ensure Quality & Readiness: Track issues, testing, and documentation to achieve safe, reliable, and on-time handover.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and refine global commissioning strategies.
You should have...
- 8+ years of experience in commissioning or MEP project management for mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, labs, or industrial).
- Strong technical knowledge of power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/EPMS).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments (preferred).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- PE, CxA, CCP, or PMP certification
- Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers
- Familiarity with commissioning software (CxAlloy, Facility Grid, etc.)
- Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards and integrated systems testing
- Proven success managing multi-site or regional Cx programs
