Administrative Assistant - Food Industry

Metova, a company specializing in food, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support, ensuring the smooth operation of billing processes, customer service, supplier management, and administrative control. The ideal candidate will maintain order, accuracy, and excellent service.

Requirements

  • Education Level: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in switchboard operation and reception.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Skills: Organization, punctuality, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

Knowledge In

  • CONTPAQi Billing (desirable).
  • Electronic invoicing (CFDI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Main Functions

  • Preparation and control of electronic invoicing (CFDI).
  • Customer and supplier relations and follow-up.
  • General administrative management.
  • Control and filing of documentation.
  • Operation of switchboard and reception.
  • Support in internal administrative processes.

Offerings

  • Salary: $11,200 net per month.
  • Legal and superior benefits.
  • Position located in Ciudad Granja, Zapopan.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
