Overview
The Product Owner - Employer Digital role at MetLife is a key position within the Employer Digital Agile Release Train, working on digital solutions for MetLife's Employer/Sponsor, Benefit Administration, and Broker Portals. This role is critical for delivering an industry leading digital portal experience, using SAFE Agile methodologies and tools such as Adobe Analytics and Cognos Reporting.
The Team
This position is part of the Employer Solution Train within MetLife Group Benefits. You will collaborate with the Scrum Master, team members, Product Management, Customers, Business Owners, and other stakeholders to continuously improve the digital experience.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing a backlog, writing user stories and business requirements, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on digital portals. Familiarity with Digital Insurance Administration Portals, Login & Registration experiences, and Agile/SAFE practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a prioritized Backlog for your ADM Team.
- Obtain and review feedback on user experiences.
- Gain alignment with Operational Readiness and Group Business stakeholders for delivery.
- Conduct daily meetings with the ADM Team to review work and alignment.
Qualifications
Required: Experience with Digital Insurance Administration Portals, writing user stories, Adobe Analytics/Cognos Reporting, strong team leadership, and problem solving.
Preferred: Agile/SAFE certifications, experience with Azure Dev Ops and Target Process, and managing Portal Registration and Broker/General Agent Portals.
Salary & Benefits
Salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 with eligibility for annual short-term incentive compensation. MetLife offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and more.
