Overview

The Product Owner - Employer Digital at MetLife is responsible for enhancing the customer experience within employer, benefit administration, and broker portals. This role is part of the Employer Solution Train within the MetLife Group Benefits division and will work with the Employer Digital Agile Release Train.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a prioritized backlog for the ADM Team
• Gather and review user feedback for continuous improvement
• Align with Operational Readiness and Group Business stakeholders
• Conduct daily review meetings with the ADM Team

Opportunity and Impact

This role makes critical decisions to improve application stability and deliver enhanced business value. Using SAFE Agile and tools like Adobe Analytics, you will drive digital solutions for MetLife’s insurance-related digital portals.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in digital insurance administration portals
• Proficiency in writing user stories and business requirements
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Cognos Reporting tools
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Additional Skills

• Agile/SAFE ADM certification
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops/Target Process
• Managing registration and broker/general agent portals
