About the Role: Client Services Consultant II
The National Accounts Service organization seeks a Client Services Consultant II to serve as the primary point of contact for client requests and assist the Sales team in achieving growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requests and provide consultative service.
- Lead projects, presentations, and client meetings.
- Act as liaison between clients and internal MetLife teams.
- Participate in client account audits and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with financial teams to analyze reports and trends.
- Help implement new MetLife products and review contract documents.
- Maintain awareness of MetLife and competitors' product trends.
Qualifications
Required: 3-5+ years of experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, organizational and project management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and a proactive attitude.
Preferred: Knowledge of Group Benefits core products such as Life, Disability, and Dental.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $63,500 - $97,400 with potential for annual short-term incentive compensation.
