Method+Mastery has an immediate opening for an experienced, talented, energetic, self-starting Social Intelligence Analyst to join our team and help our Fortune 50 clients maximize their marketing and communications efforts through research and measurement on global social and earned media campaigns. Responsibilities
This senior role on the Insights & Analytics team involves leading projects from start to finish. As the client and project lead analyst, you will:
- Interrogate client briefs and develop tailored methodologies
- Lead project teams and deliver impactful business intelligence
- Develop goals, KPIs and measurement methodologies
- Create performance reports, trend analyses, audience profiles, and influencer assessments
- Consult clients on marketing intelligence trends and best practices
- Mentor junior analysts and develop training modules
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Stay current with social measurement and industry trends
Qualifications
Must-haves: Experience in digital marketing and analytics, strong analytical skills, expertise with tools like Brandwatch, Netbase Quid, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Ability to lead teams, actionable insight generation, effective communication, and clear, concise client reporting.
Nice To Haves: Experience with media monitoring tools (Onclusive, Zignal, Newswhip), real-time listening, Tableau/Google Looker Studio/Microsoft Power BI, Google suite, Google Analytics, market research profiling tools, paid media measurement, influencer performance program development, and leveraging AI tools for process efficiency.
