Job Description

Clinical Pharmacist - Medication Therapy Management at Methodist Health System

In this highly technical, fast-paced, and rewarding position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to provide the very best care for patients. The Clinical Pharmacist - Medication Therapy Management position works in Primary Care and Specialty Care Clinics delivering Medication Therapy Management Services, allowing you to work at the top of your license. Ambulatory care experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • Hours of Work: 8a - 4:30p
  • Days Of Week: M-F
  • Work Shift: Part Time

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Licensed as a registered pharmacist by the Texas State Board of Pharmacy
  • Successful completion of pharmacokinetics training program
  • 1 year of experience (includes residency training)
