About MetCap Living Management Inc.
MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third-party property managers specializing in multi-residential property management. We are a growth-oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.
We're in search of a Marketing Assistant for this newly created, vacant position.
Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Assistant
The Marketing Assistant will play a crucial role in our digital presence and resident engagement initiatives.
Digital Marketing, Website & Content Management
- Update and maintain property photos across company websites and marketing platforms.
- Conduct regular audits of each property to ensure all websites and ILS platforms are aligned.
- Ensure media, amenities, and descriptions align with current websites.
- Assist with social media content creation, photography, captions, and storytelling.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to Google reviews and online inquiries for each property in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop strategies to increase positive reviews and improve overall Google ratings by visiting the properties and engaging with residents and resident managers.
Marketing & Event Support
- Assist with planning, organizing, and promoting resident events.
- Attend and support on-site events as required.
- Capture content during events for social media and marketing use.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Marketing Assistant, candidates should possess the following:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with website management and online listing platforms.
- Understanding of Google Business profiles and online reputation management.
- Strong written and visual communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and projects simultaneously.
Salary range: $50,000-$60,000
