Digital Producer Role at Metajive

We're looking for a Digital Producer with agency experience who excels at coordinating teams to create digital strategy, websites, e-commerce, and design systems for clients. This temporary 1099 contractor role (3-4 months) supports Senior Producers with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Structure and scope digital projects with clear parameters.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure effective team collaboration.
• Manage deadlines and adapt to rapid changes.
• Develop schedules and budgets through all project phases.
• Define and monitor team and vendor resources.
• Partner with senior team members on complex projects.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients and teams.
• Ensure high quality standards and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years as a Project Manager or Producer in a creative agency.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing various digital projects.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp).

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Harvest/Forecast, Google Suite, Smartsheets.

Additional Information

This role is a 1099 contractor engagement, temporary for 3-4 months as a backfill for a colleague on LOA. It is not a marketing, television, social, content creator, or IT role. Metajive is an equal-opportunity employer.
