Job Description

We are looking for a Designer for our Berlin location as soon as possible – including the possibility of mobile working.

Responsibilities

This is what awaits you:

• Creation of creative concepts and design routes
• Development of moodboards and creative impulses
• Development and implementation of holistic design systems
• Creation and execution of prototypes and animations
• Creation of guidelines and presentations
• Diverse tasks as part of an interdisciplinary team that develops clients like Kärcher, Siemens, Innomotics, ThyssenKrupp, Munich Security Conference, among others

Qualifications

This is what you bring:

• Completed design degree or initial professional experience in creative agencies
• Portfolio with creative and conceptually strong work
• Curiosity for the development of Brand Design Systems
• Very good knowledge of Figma, relevant AI tools, and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic knowledge of UX, UI, and Design Thinking methodologies
• Curiosity and interest in creative trends, new tools, and technology
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts within the team and to clients
