Overview

Meta is seeking a UX Researcher Quantitative to understand human behavior using a variety of research methods. The role involves designing and executing research studies to generate insights that influence product design and strategy at a global scale.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant experience, or equivalent advanced degree with experience.
  • Experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalent.
  • Expertise in survey design, statistical methods, and translating research into strategic narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degrees in fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, etc.
  • Experience with consumer products and product development insights.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation ranges from $163,000 to $226,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and additional benefits. Compensation is determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
