About the Role
The UX Researcher, Quantitative at Meta is responsible for understanding user behaviors and interactions to drive product insights. The role involves designing and executing custom primary research using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and business teams to set research topics.
- Advocate for user needs and act as a research thought leader.
- Design end-to-end studies addressing user behavior and attitudes.
- Manage research plans in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Communicate findings through compelling narratives and creative visualizations.
- Work cross-functionally with design, product management, and engineering teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years, Master’s with 8+ years, or PhD with 5+ years experience in user experience or applied research. Proficiency in coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS or equivalent; experience with survey design and statistical analysis methods is required.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degrees in human behavior fields and experience with consumer products and insights are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from approximately $164,000/year to $227,000/year, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
