Key Responsibilities for a UX Researcher, Quantitative
- Work closely with product and business teams to identify critical research topics.
- Act as a thought leader in research, advocating for the people who use Meta's products.
- Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a broad spectrum of methods.
- Develop studies that address both user behavior and attitudes comprehensively.
- Effectively manage and prioritize research plans amidst ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Align and efficiently execute critical insights while collaborating with a large group of stakeholders.
- Generate insights that both fuel ideation and meticulously evaluate designs.
- Communicate research results and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with several years of experience in quantitative user research.
- Alternatively, a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field with a few years of experience in quantitative user research.
- Demonstrated experience coding with R, SQL, STATA, SPSS, or equivalent statistical software.
- Proficiency in survey design and understanding of response effects.
- Practical experience applying statistical analysis methods such as Regressions, ANOVA, and T-Tests.
- Strong interest and hands-on experience in executing primary research.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degrees in human behavior-related fields such as Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Communication, Information Science, Media Studies, Computer Science, or Economics.
