About the Role

The Meta Technical Program Manager role pioneers technologies to connect people and businesses globally. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work at the intersection of technical execution and business strategy, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex programs autonomously with efficient execution structures.
  • Manage and own cross-functional product and program execution in a matrix organization.
  • Influence technical and product strategy, proactively identify risks, and set direction.
  • Define roadmaps, technical strategy, and measurable impact metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and other teams to build Meta-scale global products.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans ensuring on-time delivery and quality assurance.
  • Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders in a timely fashion.
  • Help drive product decisions and align them with higher company initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in driving and delivering complex tech programs from inception to delivery.
  • Strong background in strategic direction and risk mitigation.
  • Expertise in gathering requirements, defining scope, and building end-to-end products.
  • Excellent communication skills with executive level and technical management teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams and time zones.
  • Proven organizational and multi-tasking skills with analytical problem-solving abilities.
