About the Role
The Technical Program Manager - AI at Meta's HR Technology team drives the design, execution, and optimization of autonomous AI-driven programs and solutions. The role involves partnering with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to implement agentic automation frameworks that transform HR operations, enhance employee experiences, and drive business impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple AI agentic automation portfolios.
- Collaborate with Solution Design, People Engineering, and Data Science teams.
- Define and track success metrics for initiatives.
- Manage full project lifecycle from planning to user adoption.
- Continuously improve processes, documentation, and workflows.
- Engage sponsors and stakeholders, manage risks and communication.
- Champion an agentic automation and data-driven approach across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of technical program or project management experience.
- Proven experience in AI agentic automation solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and agile/waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with modern HR technology platforms and automation infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and automation to drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile Project Management certification.
- Experience with technical specifications for agentic automation.
- PMP certification (PMI).
- Cognitive Project Management for Artificial Intelligence (CPMAI) certification.
- Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks or RPA tools.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges from $151,000/year to $208,000/year with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
