Overview

The HR Technology team at Meta is committed to reimagining the employee experience through cutting-edge technology, automation, and AI. As a Technical Program Manager - AI, you will drive the design, execution, and optimization of autonomous AI-driven programs and solutions within HR.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple AI agentic automation portfolios and programs.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams.
  • Define and track success metrics and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Manage full project lifecycles from planning to stabilization.
  • Continuously improve processes, documentation, and workflows.
  • Communicate risks, progress, and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Champion an agentic automation and data-driven approach in HR.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of technical program/project management experience focused on AI or automation.
  • Experience deploying AI agentic automation solutions.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of technical project management methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall).
  • Familiarity with HR technology platforms and automation infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in AI, machine learning, and automation for business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile Project Management certification.
  • Experience with technical specifications for agentic automation.
  • Cognitive Project Management for Artificial Intelligence (CPMAI) certification or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation for this role ranges from $151,000 to $208,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
