About the Role

Meta is seeking a highly experienced and strategic professional to lead transformative supply chain initiatives within our global Data Center Infrastructure Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will drive high-impact programs that optimize delivery and align cross-functional goals across Meta’s hyperscale data center supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex supply chain programs.
  • Develop integrated program plans, success metrics, and execution frameworks.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across global teams.
  • Streamline planning, sourcing, and fulfillment processes using automation.
  • Implement scalable solutions to reduce complexity and improve velocity.
  • Partner with data analytics teams to define key metrics and dashboards.
  • Establish governance for supply chain data ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions and cross-functional alignment forums.
  • Operate as a thought partner providing strategic guidance and execution support.

Minimum Qualifications

BS degree in a related engineering discipline, supply chain, or equivalent experience. 12+ years of experience in program management, supply chain operations, or infrastructure delivery, with a proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional programs globally. Must possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills and experience with data center infrastructure or logistics.

Preferred Qualifications

MS degree in a related discipline and experience driving business transformation or process reengineering initiatives. Familiarity with Meta’s infrastructure stack or hyperscale data center environments is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base compensation ranges from $171,000 to $239,000 per year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
