Software Engineering Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions | Diriger et gérer une équipe d’ingénieurs logiciels pour fournir des produits et des solutions de haute qualité.

Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management and managing engineers | Expérience avérée en matière de recrutement et de gestion d’équipes techniques, y compris la gestion des performances et l’encadrement d’ingénieurs.
- 12+ years, or PhD + 8 years, of software engineering work experience, including technical management | Plus de 12 ans d’expérience professionnelle en ingénierie logicielle, ou un doctorat et 8 ans d’expérience professionnelle, incluant la gestion technique.
