Meta is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Engineering Manager Product to join our team. In this role, you will support, enable, and empower your team of high-performing engineers to make a meaningful impact on billions around the world.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineering Manager Product, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions.

- Foster an environment of continuous learning, growth, and improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience, or PhD + 4 years in software engineering with technical management.
- Proven experience recruiting, building, structuring, and leading technical teams.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing software engineers.
- 2+ years managing a team of engineers with varied skill levels.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on technical management experience with web based software solutions, API design, and client-server interactions.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $184,000/year to $257,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
