About the Role

As a Software Engineer Leadership - Infrastructure at Meta, you will oversee complex technical problems, build new features, and improve existing products across mobile devices and web applications.
Responsibilities
- Drive team goals and technical direction.
- Communicate complex features and systems in detail.

- Collaborate with leaders to improve team performance.
- Identify opportunities and influence staffing and priorities.
- Lead long term technical vision and roadmap for cross-company efforts.
- Create effective feature roadmaps and resolve performance issues.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field; 12+ years programming experience (or 8+ with PhD); proven multi-year roadmap planning; experience with cross-functional engineering efforts; data-driven problem solving; strong communication and mentoring skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in C, C++, Java, and scripting languages like Python, Javascript, or Hack, along with demonstrated ability in large-scale infrastructure applications.
