About the Software Developer Global Operations Role
At Meta, the Global Operations team within GO Systems drives unified, interoperable infrastructure for worldwide operations. As a full-time Software Developer, you will extend support platforms and internal tools, implement new features, and remove engineering bottlenecks across various products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and extend support platforms and internal workflows.
- Code using primarily PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React.
- Conduct design and code reviews and guide implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, legal, and marketing.
- Drive business impact by applying operational perspectives and data analysis.
- Support bug and incident management processes and ensure tool health.
- Develop business cases for process improvements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of programming experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with global, multicultural teams.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong initiative and ability to prioritize work independently.
- Experience with AI technologies and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with internal tool development and process improvements.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from $142,000/year to $201,000/year plus bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Individual compensation is based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
