Site Logistics Operations Specialist

About the Role

The Site Logistics Operations Specialist at Meta is responsible for overseeing data center field and warehouse logistics operations. This role supports the Site Logistics Operations Lead in developing and implementing consistent processes, managing third party logistics teams, and ensuring that operations meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics operations at assigned data center to meet IBOS 4S standards.
• Monitor operations, identify gaps, and create remediation plans.
• Coordinate with third party logistics lead to manage inventory and movement.
• Develop documentation for safe, effective logistics operation processes.
• Support audit processes and compliance with financial reporting requirements.
• Drive inventory reconciliation and process improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share best practices.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and develop corrective actions.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations management, business management, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of logistics experience overseeing operations and team performance.
• Experience with ERP, TMS, CMS, WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Excel).
• Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
