The Project Manager, Abusive Actor Operations at Meta is integral to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for global platform communities. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects with quantitative analysis and strategic insights.
  • Improve day-to-day operations against quality and efficiency targets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and illegal or malicious behavior.
  • Lead investigations and resolve escalated issues regarding abusive content.
  • Build scalable policies and effective cross-functional partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in operations, management consulting or technical environments. Must have experience managing strategic/analytical initiatives, and excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL, SAS, Tableau, and programming languages such as Python or R. Strategic thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills is highly valued.
