About the Role
The Program Manager at Meta leads the RL Lifecycle Marketing team to drive creative advertising and consumer brand experiences across Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Reality Labs. This role manages creative production for lifecycle campaigns, coordinating across internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with channel, integrated, international and product marketing teams.
- Drive creative development alongside Channel Marketing, Creative and Growth teams.
- Act as the main contact for external agency partners and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate projects, manage budgets, approvals, and ensure brand integrity.
- Optimize systems, tools, and standards for creative production.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of client-facing experience, creative operations expertise, proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and strong multi-tasking and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with global tech companies, cross-functional management in fast-paced environments, and familiarity with large-scale integrated creative campaigns.
