About the Role
The Program Manager will join Meta's Reality Labs Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will work within a global agency environment driving creative vision for Meta brands, including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Reality Labs hardware products.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with Channel and Integrated Marketers, International Marketers, Product Marketing Managers, internal creative teams, and external agencies.
- Drive creative development for Lifecycle campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external agency partners and internal teams.
- Collaborate with Program Leads to align projects with broader business objectives.
- Prioritize competing needs and optimize tools, systems, and standards for creative production.
- Manage workflows, budgets, procurement, and approvals for creative projects.
- Ensure brand integrity and effective communication across multiple channels.
- Mobilize team efforts by anticipating needs and removing obstacles.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of client-facing experience in creative agencies or in-house roles, with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration, creative operations, and integrated creative campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a large global tech company, cross-functional management in fast-paced environments, and familiarity with diverse creative channels such as print, experiential and out-of-home workstreams.
