About the Role
Meta is building a governance, risk, and compliance function to enable its products to withstand regulatory scrutiny. The Program Manager Integrity GRC drives cross-functional engagement, monitors emerging regulatory policies, and communicates overall strategy to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define work problems and program goals.
- Prioritize program goals and translate stakeholder needs into deliverables.
- Define project scope and manage execution of project plans.
- Support risk and compliance activities including risk assessments, regulatory requests, control design, and audits.
- Serve as the subject matter expert connecting GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices and business teams.
- Develop and monitor risk registries, control frameworks, and compliance artifacts.
- Communicate project status with stakeholders and maintain documentation standards.
- Create and facilitate presentations for executives and management.
- Support business travel as needed (up to 10%).
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 4+ years in trust & safety, Integrity, or GRC, and 2+ years in project/program management.
Preferred: Advanced degree or certification, experience in information security/cybersecurity, and knowledge of global content regulations.
