Overview
The Program Manager, Integrity GRC at Meta will build and lead our governance, risk, and compliance function. The role is central to risk management and compliance, ensuring that Meta products meet global regulatory requirements while safeguarding our services.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define work problems and program goals.
- Prioritize program goals, translate stakeholder needs into actionable deliverables.
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely risk and compliance activities.
- Serve as the Integrity subject matter expert for GRC and act as liaison among GRC, Legal, Regulatory Offices, and business teams.
- Monitor regulatory landscape and update action plans to address compliance obligations.
- Review key program metrics, escalate issues, and maintain robust communication across teams.
- Create and facilitate presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Support business travel as needed (up to 10%).
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, with 4+ years in trust & safety or governance, compliance, risk management. Must have 2+ years in project or program management in a corporate environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree and/or certification.
- Experience in information security or cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of global content regulations and moderation practices.
