About the Role

The Program Manager Integrity GRC role at Meta is dedicated to building a governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) function to help the company meet regulatory requirements and manage risk at a global scale. You will drive cross-functional engagement, monitor emerging regulatory policies, and communicate overall strategy to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define work problems and deliverables.
  • Prioritize goals, translate stakeholder needs into actionable project plans.
  • Support risk and compliance activities such as risk assessments, controls, and audits.
  • Act as the Integrity subject matter expert across GRC, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
  • Develop program artifacts like risk registers, transparency guidelines, and control frameworks.
  • Monitor program metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Create presentations for executive management support and decision-making.
  • Occasionally support business travel up to 10%.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in trust & safety, Integrity, content policy, or GRC related fields.
  • 2+ years project/program management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree and/or certification.
  • Experience in information security or cybersecurity.
  • Knowledge of global content regulations and internet trust and safety best practices.
