About the Role

The Program Manager, Integrations Operations at Meta has the opportunity to make a significant impact by building new operational features to support the unique requirements of new products. The role leverages subject matter expertise to drive operational changes across some of the most innovative spaces at Meta.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate with global cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Public Relations/Communications, Public Policy, Legal, Quality, and others to problem solve and develop solutions in support of product launches.
  • Develop and design processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness while ensuring key KPIs/service goals are met.
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics to optimize the support ecosystem.
  • Drive impact towards product goals and collaborate with leaders to execute, measure progress, and share results.
  • Build relationships with global teams to anticipate risks and develop solutions for monitoring operations and responding to external events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in operations across online operations, informational systems, compliance, risk management, policy, legal operations, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with product teams on new launches.
  • Proven ability to influence across functional boundaries and/or globally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Experience with predictive or descriptive analytics and working with machine learning teams.

Compensation

Base salary between $143,000/year and $202,000/year plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
