About the Role

Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Reality Labs Lifecycle Marketing team. In this role, you will develop creative advertising strategies, manage relationships with internal and external partners, and drive the production and delivery of integrated creative campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with Channel and Integrated Marketers, International Marketers, Product Marketing Managers, creative teams, and agencies.
  • Drive the development of creative for Lifecycle campaigns in collaboration with Channel Marketing, Creative, and Growth teams.
  • Act as the lead contact for external agency partners and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate with Program Leads to align creative projects with business objectives, impact, risks, and resources.
  • Prioritize competing needs and propose viable solutions across multiple teams and projects.
  • Optimize systems, tools, and standards to improve creative production.
  • Manage team communication, channel launches, and overall workflow for inbound/outbound projects.
  • Oversee program/production budgets, procurement, and high-quality asset development under tight deadlines.
  • Ensure brand integrity by working closely with Design, Legal, and Product teams.
  • Motivate teams by anticipating needs and removing obstacles to drive action and results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of client-facing experience in a creative agency or in-house role.
  • Proven record in cross-functional collaboration, organizational design, and systems planning.
  • Experience in creative operations, including planning, production, and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in managing integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, live action, and more.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a large, global tech company.
  • Proven track record as a cross-functional manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Over 10 years of client-facing experience in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Exposure to additional creative channels such as print, out of home, and experiential work.
