About the Role
As a Program Manager at Meta Reality Labs, you will drive creative vision, develop lifecycle marketing campaigns, and manage cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and creative partners to deliver high-quality creative assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with marketing and creative teams

Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years client-facing experience in creative agencies or in-house
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and creative operations
- Strong skills in creative planning, production, and campaign management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global tech companies and fast-paced environments
- 10+ years client-facing experience preferred
- Exposure to integrated campaigns across multiple creative channels
